Summary
Are you an experienced medical staffing professional looking for an exciting short-term project? We are seeking a Medical Rostering Specialist to join a dynamic team at Croydon University Hospital. This pilot project will focus on managing the rostering for medical staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
· Reviewing and optimising rostering for the Medics staff group to achieve efficiencies and reduce temporary staffing spend
· Utilising Optima, TRAC, and BankStaff systems to manage and streamline staffing operations specifically for Medics
· Attention to detail in ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and effective staffing levels in line with NHS standards for Medics
Key Requirements:
· Direct experience in medical rostering within the NHS e.g. direct experience of job planning and/or rota co-ordination for Medics in the NHS
· Knowledge of challenges, solutions and best practice for rostering Medics in the NHS
· Proficiency in Optima/Healthroster, TRAC, and Bankstaff systems specifically in rostering Medics in the NHS
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· Available to start immediately
