Summary
We are looking to recruit 2 x Sheet Metal/Fabricators for an expanding company in Washington, Tyne and Wear.
* You will be either Time served or Semi-skilled and must have experience of MIG welding with TIG an advantage.
* You will be working with mild steel hollow section frameworks and material gauges between 1.5mm to 10mm
The person
* Must have experience of TIG welding thin gauge (3mm-5mm) aluminium
* Applicants must have the ability to work from engineering drawings and jigs.
* Be able to utilise basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
* Apply mechanical knowledge to ensure proper assembly of components
* Work with sheet metal to create various structures
* Dayshift hours with an early finish on Fridays and overtime is available.
