The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll lead multi-million-pound engineering projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate internal teams, manage budgets, and act as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring delivery with precision and quality.

Own fabrication projects and lead cross-functional teams
Build customer trust and manage stakeholder relationships
Track earned value and navigate challenges in real time
Drive performance, safety, and quality
About You
You’re a confident leader with experience in heavy fabrication, shipbuilding, or complex engineering. Comfortable making decisions on-site, you bring strong planning and budget management skills.
Preferred Skills
Engineering qualification (preferably mechanical)
APM, PRINCE2, or similar
MOD security clearance eligibility
Proficiency in MS Office and planning tools
