Summary
You will have strong customer service and communication skills and patience when dealing with non-technical end users. Previous user support experience would be an advantage in this position, as you must be able to plan and organise a variety of tasks with differing priorities You will get satisfaction from helping others and sharing knowledge with your colleagues in a supportive and friendly environment. There are opportunities for training and improving your current IT skills. The successful candidate will be a self starter with the ability to learn new skills quickly and enjoy working in a changing environment. You must be able to work to deadlines and cope with ever-changing work priorities. Accuracy and attention to detail as well as a thorough understanding of Data Protection is essential in this post
