Requirements:
- Experience in Education: Previous experience in an educational support role, preferably as a Learning Mentor, Outreach Worker, or Teaching Assistant.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Passion for Support: A genuine interest in supporting young people and helping them achieve their full potential.
