Summary
We are an award-winning construction company looking to further expand our site based resident liaison teams in our London and surrounding area contracts.

The role:
• Being the central point of contact for residents
• Carrying out resident interviews, surveys, and visits to residents at home
• Keeping residents updated
• Dealing and resolving residents' concerns and complaints
• Attending ad-hoc resident-related meetings
We are looking for someone who:
• Has good communication and customer service skills
• Has the ability to build good relationships
• Can manage busy workloads and is self-motivated
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Has their own car and full UK driving licence and are prepared to travel to
different sites if required (mileage reclaimable)
