Horton Housing Association are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.
It is an exciting time for Horton Housing as we are committed to developing and managing our people, to help them achieve their ambitions.
You will join our busy Human Resources (HR) team providing professional support across the organisation in all aspects of employment-related processes. With a generalist background and excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, you will lead on general employment related (ER) matters in a proactive and sensitive way. You will build and maintain excellent relationships with services and have a collaborative and pro-active approach to solving people issues.
You will work closely with the Head of HR & Organisational Development to undertake key HR projects across the organisation to develop Horton’s strength-based approach. Ideally, you will be Level 7 CIPD qualified or have relevant equivalent experience.
The salary for the role is £40,679 per annum. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexibility in location.
