Summary
We're representing a reputable law firm who are seeking a talented Corporate Lawyer to join their established team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse client base and contribute to the growth of their practice in Bradford, the Aire Valley and the Yorkshire Dales. Flexible Location: Skipton, Keighley, Bradford or Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions,
joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate advisory work.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on complex corporate transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate documents, such as share
purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and shareholders'
agreements.
• Managing a diverse caseload and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Actively participating in business development and marketing initiatives.
