Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30

As we grow, we’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Adviser to join our team and help maintain the smooth operation of our business.

Job description:
As the Customer Service Adviser at PVS, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service from start to finish. Your role will be essential in managing daily administrative tasks that keep our garage efficient and organised.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering friendly and professional assistance.
- Manage bookings across multiple channels (phone, in-person, online, and email).
- Organise the garage schedule, booking MOT tests and repair appointments through digital platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records.
- Assist with sourcing and ordering vehicle parts, securing competitive pricing.
- Create daily job sheets for vehicle technicians.
- Prepare and process invoices, track payments, and accurately maintain financial records.
- Ensure the office remains stocked and organised.
- Collaborate with team members to support a smooth workflow.
- Assist in developing our social media presence.

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will bring the following:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong skills in English and Maths.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic accounting skills and financial record-keeping knowledge.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace).
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- An interest in the automotive industry is beneficial but not required—training will be provided.
