Electrical Project Manager – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (January 2025 Start)

About the Role:

An established company with a longstanding reputation in the building services sector is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a project located in Northolt. This position, offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract beginning in January 2025, involves site-based project management across multiple locations, overseeing mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects valued up to £5 million.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the electrical or building services industry, with proven experience in project supervision and management. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading client, supply chain, and internal team meetings to ensure project alignment and updates.
• Overseeing Health & Safety protocols in collaboration with a dedicated QHSE manager.
• Participating in internal CVR and progress meetings.
• Managing project finances, procurement, and assisting with costings.
• Specifying and ordering necessary materials.
• Preparing method statements and risk assessments.
• Coordinating and briefing installation personnel.
• Addressing and resolving installation and access challenges.
• Compiling and submitting as-installed documentation.
• Planning and organizing project timelines and milestones.
