What We're Looking For:
-Experience: Previous security experience is essential.
-Licensing: SIA License required; SC Clearance is desirable.
-Driving: A valid driver's license and your own vehicle is a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
-Security Operations: Protect our clients' property, people, and assets by strictly following Assignment Instructions (AI's).
-Deliver Excellence: Ensure we meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), keeping safety at the forefront.
-Adaptability: Be ready to step into any situation, providing security coverage where it's needed most.
What You'll Do:
-On-Site Duties: Handle all site-specific tasks and follow procedures in a methodical, professional way.
-Compliance: Stay updated on industry standards, legal requirements, and best practices, ensuring you're always in line with UK Law and company policies.
-Continuous Improvement: Regularly review AI's and suggest improvements to enhance service.
Required Skills:
-SIA Licenses: You must have a front-line license for either Security Guarding or Door Supervision and a CCTV PSS SIA License.
-Proactive Problem-Solver: You'll need to stay alert and responsive, taking initiative to address any threats or potential hazards.
-Professional Conduct: Handle difficult situations with confidence, maintaining a calm, measured approach.
