About the College/Department
Our External Relations team are responsible for promoting and raising awareness of our University’s brand in the UK and overseas. From creating all messaging and content for external campaigns and our website, to social media, and managing events – ours is a highly complex and expert marketing, PR and Internal Comms environment, key to making the University shine.
As International Recruitment Lead, you will join our International Recruitment team which sits in the wider Stakeholder Relations team. The International Recruitment team supports overseas student applications, and works with a network of educational agent representatives in most countries around the world.
About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity to join the team as International Recruitment Lead for India. The University has been successful in building up its business across all regions and is looking for an ambitious sales professional to take the business to the next level.
You will have experience of developing and delivering plans for student recruitment in the region as well as providing support for cross-team activities delivered within the External Relations department.
This role will focus on generating and delivering student recruitment activity within the region, using relevant market performance and management data.
You will be expected to undertake a considerable amount of travel both in the UK and overseas.
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in international student recruitment and a track record of meeting challenging targets. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of global education systems and student recruitment requirements.
Strong negotiation skills are essential, with the ability to influence and persuade clients to achieve desired outcomes.
