Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM with optional weekend work (Overtime rates apply)
Are you an experienced Front-End Loader Operator looking to join a dynamic team in the aggregate industry? We are seeking a skilled and hands-on individual to start immediately in a busy, rewarding role. Key Responsibilities:
- Material Handling: Operate front-end loader to efficiently move and load aggregates, ensuring a steady flow for production.
- Stockpile Management: Organise and maintain material stockpiles for easy access and efficient site layout.
- Equipment Support: Conduct routine equipment checks and perform basic maintenance to ensure safe, continuous operation.
- Processing Feed: Safely and accurately feed raw materials into processing equipment to meet production targets.
- Site Clean-Up: Assist with general site cleanliness and clearing of pathways to maintain a safe and organised work-space.
- Team Support: Willing to pitch in with additional tasks around the site as needed; this role is hands-on, and we're looking for a team player!
- Experience: Proven experience operating front-end loaders, particularly in aggregate, construction, or similar industries.
- Team-Oriented: Positive, adaptable, and willing to help with varied tasks across the site.
- Attention to Detail: Committed to following safety protocols and maintaining equipment standards.
- Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work weekends is a plus, with overtime rates provided.
