Summary

Main Duties:
To arrange meetings, book rooms and take minutes of meetings.
To provide an efficient and effective administrative support function to Education, Schools and Inclusion staff and its service users.
To maintain manual and electronic records relating to service data, including the transference of data to relevant national statistics, in line with GDPR requirements.
To provide general clerical support to teaching and support staff including filing, photocopying, word processing
To provide a high level of customer service to service users including schools and parents/carers including preparing and providing information under the direction of the line manager and taking and referring enquiries to the line manager and team members
To undertake general financial administration in accordance with the Local Authority’s financial regulations.
To establish and maintain good working relationships within the work team and wider Council.
To undertake any other reasonable duties which are appropriate to the grade of the post.
The candidates must have:
Word processing, database and spreadsheet skills, particularly Microsoft Office
Effective written and oral communication skills.
5 GCSEs including English and Maths or equivalent
Ability to organise and prioritise workload to ensure timescales are met.

Pay rate: £11.41 p/hr
