The role

Are you a flexible and proactive professional administrator with a can-do attitude? Looking for a role where no two days are the same? At Lincolnshire County Council we are currently seeking a full time Business Support Assistant to join our Grantham team supporting Children’s Social care. You will provide dynamic and high-quality administrative services to our Children’s FAST teams, whilst working closely with Business Support colleagues and other stakeholders within Children’s Services.

What we’re looking for

A full time, motivated team player to join our small Family Assessment and Support Team based at Grantham. Please note this post is fully office based.

Somebody who can:

Build and maintain relationships with Senior Management, Team Leaders, and colleagues
Provide a fantastic level of Customer Service to Service Users and colleagues alike.
Provide meeting support, including minute-taking (comprehensive training will be provided).
Update systems accurately and efficiently.
Demonstrate strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
