As the Team Administrator, your daily tasks will include:
Book On/Off duty and comply full with the sickness reporting arrangements
Check and sign for gull station floats, including cash carried forward
Distributing incoming mail and communications to the right people.
Organising meetings and preparing any necessary documents.
Maintaining logs and databases, such as attendance and performance records.
Being the go-to person for administrative support and inquiries.
A proven ability to work on your own initiative.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Assist Operational teams in times of disruption as directed
Fully Compile fastis / Avantix sheet as laid down in the internal control procedures
Reporting Log Faults
Endure cash recycling machines are cleaned regularly and a log entry made
Surplus and loss reports for any discrepancy in excess of the local agreed maximums to be forwarded to management
Liaising with the relevant teams an departments regarding change and locked stock items
