Administrator (Supported Living Service)

Pay Rate: £12.52 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week, 8 am – 4 pm (Flexible start and finish times)

Role Overview:
As an Administrator at Ashdown Care, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our services. Your duties will include payroll processing, data entry, and tracking agency invoices. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping process payroll for employees
• Manage data entry with a high degree of accuracy
• Track and manage agency invoices
• Liaise with colleagues, clients, and external contacts professionally
• Handle office equipment and digital tools (e.g., printers, CRM systems)

Key Skills & Requirements:

Organizational Skills:
Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain a keen attention to detail.
Communication Skills:
Clear, effective verbal and written communication. Able to interact professionally with all stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Comfortable using office equipment and digital tools.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Quick thinker who can resolve issues independently and manage unexpected challenges calmly.
Time Management:
Efficient in managing deadlines, able to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
Professionalism:
Punctual, reliable, and maintains confidentiality with sensitive information.
