Summary
What you’ll do:
- Take full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of various projects.
- Provide clear direction and leadership to project teams, keeping the project on track.
- Oversee the transition of projects into “business-as-usual” ensuring sustainability.
- Utilise project management tools for tracking and reporting project status to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources and manage budgets to keep projects on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with IS&T Project Managers and ensure adherence to the IS&T Project Delivery Process.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain budget trackers to monitor project finances.
- A professional qualification (or studying to achieve)
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working as a Project Coordinator in either a PMO environment or supporting Project Managers to deliver projects.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player, fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to various Sodexo locations as required.
- Desirable: A degree and SC security clearance (or the ability to obtain clearance).
