Summary
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE * Wide experience in all aspects of cardiology * Experience of working in heart transplant centres and of heart transplant in ACHD patients as well as advanced heart failure management in ACHD patients * Evidence of intensive training in ACHD, post-operative care of ACHD patients * Publications in ACHD * ACHD diagnostic catheter experience SKILLS & ABILITY * The primary requirement is for a cardiologist who will integrate fully with the ACHD team and work closely with colleagues to provide a * 24/7 service of uniformly excellent quality. * Builds a strong and effective relationship with patients, relatives and colleagues * Ability to gain confidence and trust of patients, relatives and colleagues * Ability to cope with pressure * Ability to respond to change * Ability to lead change and peers * Ability to work as part of a team
