Are you passionate about technology and innovation? Do you have a knack for leading teams and driving change? West Lindsey District Council is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic ICT Team Leader to join our forward-thinking team!
As the ICT Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our ICT services. You will develop and manage all areas of ICT, including Technical Delivery and Enterprise Systems Support, Infrastructure Management, and Cyber Security leading on the Council's work for the Cyber Assessment Framework. Your innovative approach will help us meet the challenges of transformation and continuous improvement, ensuring enhanced service delivery in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and management to the ICT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of our ICT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with the National Cyber Security Strategy 2022.
• Drive the implementation of innovative business and technological solutions to support the council's transformation agenda.
• Manage resources effectively to meet service requirements and ensure the successful delivery of projects and programmes.

About You:
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in managing ICT projects, infrastructure, and cyber security.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
• Excellent knowledge of ICT systems and enterprise technology, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
