We are looking for a Senior Divisional and CPG Analyst (Band 7) to provide high-level analytical support for both the Surgery division and the Clinical Pathway Groups (CPG).

This role is crucial for ensuring accurate, timely analytics that drive decision-making across the Trust.

The successful candidate will oversee the integration of CPG analytics into divisional reporting and support Surgery's complex data needs, including theatre data.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to key trust initiatives while optimising analytical processes and outcomes.
• Provide comprehensive analytical support to the Surgery division, with a focus on theatre data and divisional reporting.
• Lead the integration of Clinical Pathway Group (CPG) analytics into divisional analysis, ensuring high data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Develop, interpret, and present complex datasets to support decision-making processes across Surgery and CPG programs.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify data needs and provide timely, actionable insights.
• Ensure that all reporting meets internal and external audit requirements, maintaining a high standard of data accuracy.
• Act as a key liaison between the BI team and divisional leadership, supporting strategy through data-driven analysis.
• Drive improvements in the trust’s analytical capabilities by contributing to system enhancements and best practices.

• You will also act as the primary contact for all analytics queries within the Surgery division and relevant CPG programs.
