Summary
Facilities Management Coordinator
Location: Dublin
€30,000 - €32,500
Monday – Friday with some weekend work required on occasion.
As a FM Coordinator at Sodexo, you are the first point of contact for service requests, ensuring seamless communication and operations.
In this role, you will play a key part in scheduling and managing maintenance tasks, working closely with site teams, customers, and vendors to maintain high standards of service.

What you’ll do:
- Log and manage service requests promptly during core hours.
- Schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and oversee reactive work tasks.
- Ensure efficient communication between customers and vendors, providing updates as needed.
- Accurately record and manage work orders through to completion.
- Support monthly reporting with essential data to ensure timely submission.
- Collaborate with site teams and vendors to meet key performance indicators.
- Attend meetings to drive performance improvements.
What you bring:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a helpdesk or call centre environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Familiarity with maintenance planning systems (e.g. Maximo or similar CAFM systems).
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience with SAP and managing Purchase Orders is advantageous.
