Summary
We are seeking successful candidates to join the Sleafordian team by training to become a coach/bus driver. We fund all elements of the PSV test, and provide support throughout the process.
Individuals receive mentorship from our team of drivers, and support from our training manager through all aspects of their traineeship,
During the training period candidates will work between the hours of 0900-1500 and carry out duties such as fueling/washing/cleaning of vehicles alongside our team in the morning, followed by dedicated time in the afternoon to studying for theory/hazard/case studies tests.
Once the licence is achieved we work with individuals to create a role that suits their goals whether that is local, national or international transport.
