Your Role
Due to expansion of the current team, TfGM are seeking a highly motivated Data Quality Officer. In this role you will join the Customer Travel Information Department, helping the team to deliver multiple data sets, in a variety of formats and to conflicting deadlines. This is a fast paced and varied role, the data we produce feeds multiple internal and customer focused areas, from journey planners to passenger information displays. As a Data Quality Officer, you will also be responsible for the management of various procurement, financial and project data.
Who are we?
The Customer Travel Information Department is at the forefront of an exciting period of change for TfGM, as we go ahead with Franchising the bus network, bringing it into public control for the first time in over 30 years. The Data Quality Officer will join the department during a challenging and rewarding time, supporting this exciting period here at TfGM by managing customer information data for use by internal and external products.

What we can offer you
The Data Quality Officer role is a 12-month fixed term contract with a salary of £31,915 - £36,683 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
