We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated and bustling Reception Team.

As an Outpatients & Chemotherapy Booker, you will be responsible for scheduling outpatient appointments, arranging chemotherapy treatments, and managing various queries.

While the role can be complex and demanding, it is also diverse and rewarding, requiring exceptional organisational and communication skills.





Your role will involve liaising with patients and visitors, using ARIA to schedule treatments, and Careflow (PAS) to arrange follow-up appointments. You will also maintain our databases by collating essential data through ARIA and Careflow.

As a valued team member, you'll interact with both the public and hospital staff across various areas, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach. Additionally, you'll provide vital administrative assistance to support our department's efficiency.
