Fish Sales Expert, Hybrid working
New opportunity for a Sales Manager to set up a new sales and product channel selling Fresh Fish to Foodservice (primarily restaurants) and Wholesale.
This is a great opportunity for a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager to build a Fish business within an already and successful and established food business.
This business is a fast-growing importer, wholesaler, and distributor of World food products. Based they supply fresh, frozen, and ambient food, drinks, and kitchen goods to the food service industry and retailers in the UK and Europe.
The role of Fish Sales Specialist will be to build and accelerate the growth of the fresh fish business in line with a long-term strategy for growth. The focus for sales and customer growth will be in sushi restaurants, retail, wholesale, and casual dining chains.
To be successful as the Fish Sales expert you will….
Have experience with fresh fish – ideally with some knowledge of Sushi
Experience in sales within UK across Foodservice channels plus any knowledge of wholesale trade will be helpful
Knowledge of Japanese/Asian/ethnic foods helpful
Finally, you will be someone who is exciting by a new business opportunity to grow sales of a new product line with the support of the wider sales and leadership team.
This is initially a pure sales role building a channel; however, this Fish business is integral to the company growth and the role will most definitely offer growth and leadership in the future.
