Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen for Head of Enterprise Architecture to join a newly-established and growing Enterprise Architect team.

With responsibility for providing technology direction to a range of stakeholders including suppliers, IT stakeholders through strategies, roadmaps, standards, and defined governance and technical design forums As Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will build and lead the formal EA practice, managing a team of domain architects (business, information, solution, technical, security, other). You will respond to disruptive forces by facilitating the decision-making process and providing actionable recommendations on initiatives and policies to help the organisation drive targeted outcomes. You will work closely with senior Trust leaders to enable and influence their future-state capabilities through the choice of initiatives, whether process-, organisation- or technology-related. You will lead a robust governance process regime for the We are looking for someone who considers themselves to be an excellent team player with a positive attitude. This role will play a critical part in supporting the Trust on out business transformation journey.

The Head of Enterprise Architecture will be accountable for ensuring:

Engagement with business and IT stakeholders, creating and building relationships related to harnessing the value of an Enterprise Architecture (EA).

Communication of the value of enterprise architecture, and its portfolio of services.

Establishment and evolution of the EA team’s services and operating model.

The alignment between the Digital function and its stakeholders across the Trust, and throughout the IT landscape
