We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to assist our students, staff, and visitors from arrival to departure. Primarily stationed at our Birch Wood vale reception, this role involves managing outgoing mail, responding to email and telephone inquiries, and providing support with student attendance and general administration. Strong customer service, communication, and administrative skills are essential, as well as experience in a busy office environment. Being energetic, personable, and proficient in IT is key to effectively managing various administrative duties, which are vital for the smooth running of the School.The ideal candidate will:
Have experience of working in a busy office environment Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with individuals at a range of levels Be highly organised with a keen eye for detail The ability to be flexible and adaptable Have experience of working with various ICT packages including Microsoft Office Have experience of various school systems e.g. SIMS, Arbor, although training will be given Have the ability to deal with confidential matters sensitively with professionalism and integrity Have the ability to react and adapt positively to change whilst remaining calm under pressure We can offer:
