Summary

Up to 37 hrs per week (hours can be negotiated)
9 Months fixed term contract-Maternity Cover commencing December 24
Based at the Guildhall, Gainsborough

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, digitally engaged and innovative project officer to join the Growth Team at West Lindsey District Council to cover maternity leave.

The post holder will be responsible for leading on a range of visitor economy projects which will seek to promote the district as a great place to live, work and visit. The role involves maintaining enduring relationships with key stakeholders in the local Visitor Economy sector and forging strong partnerships between organisations with a shared aim to grow the economy of the district. The post-holder will also be expected to effectively utilise their knowledge of place branding, place promotion and digital marketing in order to further develop the district as a sub-regional visitor destination.

You will have a proven track record of building successful relationships with partner organisations and delivering successful projects. A knowledge of the local and visitor economy sector would be highly advantageous.
