Do you want to work within a close-knit, independent garage team with no weekend shifts and without the pressure of upselling and sales targets?

We are looking for a Senior Technician to join our growing team.

We are one of the North West’s leading Porsche Service specialists.
We offer Porsche owners all aspects service, repair, general maintenance work alongside upgrades, track preparation and restorative works. Main Duties:
• To carry out General Mechanic’s work on the whole suite of Porsche cars from the 1960’s right up to current day
• To problem solve and diagnose faults with minimum supervision
• To oversee the schedule on the workshop floor and ensure jobs are completed in order and in a timely manner
• Mentor any trainee staff when necessary
• Optional Event support

Skills Required:
• A good knowledge of Vehicle Repair work
• Excellent workshop knowledge & technical skills
• High attention to detail
• The ability to communicate effectively and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
• Good communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time and prioritise workload throughout the workshop

Personal Specification:
• Energetic, proactive, calm under pressure, highly personable with a mature personality
• Strong team-worker with the ability to thrive in a small, closely-knit, and dedicated team
• Ambitious and motivated to develop management skills as well as processes within the workshop
• Excellent organisational skills
• Flexibility – being prepared to work longer hours when occasionally required
• Self-motivated and with the ability to work unsupervised
• Good sense of humour

Experience Required:
• Level 3 in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance or equivalent
• 10 years experience post qualification, desirably with Porsche experience although this is not essential for the right person
• Full Driving licence – Essential – applicants without a clean licence need not apply
