Summary
An exemplary Accounts Assistant who has an exceptional track record in supporting the all-round accounts function during a time of change and restructuring is required. This international business has prestigious offices in the Birmingham area and for the right candidate there is the potential for a longer-term opportunity. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in both management and financial accounting and be happy to provide the finance team support in several business-critical areas.
The role will be embedded within a forward-thinking finance function and a commercial focus and mindset of continuous improvement is essential. Autonomous and conscientious this role would suit an individual who is immediately available and is very ‘hands on in their approach to work.
You will get involved in:
- Budget and forecasting
- All month end processes to include financial reporting
- Invoice reconciliations and system upgrades
- KPI and trend analysis
- System checks and real time adaptations
- Corresponding with a profile of internal and external stakeholders
You will ideally be a PQ accountant, who clearly shows an unrivalled ability to succeed, with proven experience in professional innovative finance teams and businesses
