As an Apprentice Digital Delivery Manager, you will support end-to-end delivery of a digital project.

You’ll gain experience in completing small projects or components within larger projects.

You’ll encourage collaboration and good communication within their team, deal with conflict and help to establish a healthy team culture. You’ll facilitate and manage the flow of work.

You’ll work effectively with a range of stakeholders to create and monitor plans and approach - proactively identifying risks and issues.

You’ll track and manage progress on plans, risks, issues and budget. Contributing to accurate reporting to more senior project managers and/or governance boards.

You’ll assist consistent communication across internal and external project stakeholders, ensuring consistency with broader project/digital messaging.

You’ll join a flourishing, supportive delivery community with best practice and insights shared.

You’ll be given time out from your role to work on your apprenticeship. You must be committed to seeing through the apprenticeship and complete the qualification. This includes working a minimum of 30 hours per week to ensure you have enough time to complete the apprenticeship.

About the Apprenticeship.

You’ll gain a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Project Management.

You’ll be supported by your line manager, skills coach, fellow apprentices on the programme and the Delivery community. You will have access to a variety of sources of encouragement to help you succeed. There is a lot to learn and do, so you need to be ready to be proactive, work hard and participate in the many opportunities you will be given to showcase your skills.

To be eligible for the apprenticeship and this role you are required to hold the following minimum eligibility criteria:

  • Hold a valid passport/birth certificate or residence permit.
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK.
  • Must have lived in the UK and/or EEA for 3 years prior to apprenticeship start date or hold refugee status.
  • Not be in full-time education or be undertaking another apprenticeship by the apprenticeship start date.
  • You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
  • You must hold GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or equivalent or be willing to undertake a functional skills assessment.
