Summary
Communicating effectively with staff in the organisation at all levels Organising meetings and change events with operational staff within CHFT organisations and outside organisations as required Organising, coordinating and facilitating Change and Engagement workshops. Working closely with operational colleagues to ascertain new ways of working following the introduction projects, and clearly communicating these changes both verbally and in written format. Working with operational areas to highlight changes to their department. This will require an ability to engage, activily listen, understand concerns and address them in a positive manner, referring to senior colleagues when appropriate. To inform and support service areas. Gathering feedback from operational staff following events to analyse and learn what went well, what didnt and use this information for future events and share information and lessons learned with project team colleagues. Working closely with Communication Team to highlight key project milestones and activities to promote projects. Ability to work flexibly across site and different shift time based on project delivery need.
