Summary
The Growth Company’s Employment MOJ Personal Wellbeing team is excited to offer a fantastic new opportunity for a Lead Key Worker with Specialism. In this role, you will support individuals in making sustained lifestyle changes that enhance their health and wellbeing.
As a Lead Key Worker, you will also assist the Service Manager with day-to-day delivery arrangements, coordinating staffing and resources to ensure effective service delivery.

Our dedicated advisers and key workers support a diverse range of individuals, including those who have recently been released from custody, experienced relationship breakdowns, faced family issues, dealt with social isolation, or struggled with mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expert support to the team in their service specialism (Family Support).
Support Wellbeing Service Manager to coordinate the deployment of staff to ensure service users can access services, supported by strong partnerships.
Ensure service users receive a personalised Wellbeing offer that meets individual needs/level of complexity.
Report any concerns relating to safeguarding of service users.
Support Keyworkers with caseload management.
Abide by and ensure high levels of data security.
Support Keyworkers with Risk issues including High-Risk caseload assessment.
Ensure observations are completed within the required timescales.
Support Wellbeing Service Manager in communications to National Probation Service Probation Practitioners.
About you
Recent experience of delivering personal wellbeing progressions and outcomes, particularly in a Criminal Justice setting.
Experience of managing a caseload of service users, to support them with improving their wellbeing.
Developing strength-based action plans.
Detailed knowledge of the local health and wellbeing support landscape (statutory and community).
Understanding of the quality issues relating to delivery in Justice setting.
Skills Required
Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with a focus on the successful achievement of outcomes.
Able to deliver one-to-one and group sessions.
Ability to use digital channels and platforms in service delivery.
Strong interpersonal skills - service user contact, team and partnership working.
Understanding of Substance Misuse issues.
Motivational Interviewing.
