Summary

Purchasing and Compliance Administrator

Location: Islington

Salary: £24,642.50

As a Purchasing and Compliance Administrator, you will provide support to professional staff and managers by providing a range of general administrative activities including purchasing, reporting and audit. The role will ensure that essential reporting is completed and produced in line with contractual requirements, allowing detailed and accurate analysis of programme performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing weekly financial reconciliation reports and records to ensure that financial credit accounts are being pain in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Accurately recording and reporting on product purchasing requests placed by operational staff to support participants on the programme requiring financial or material support.
  • Providing administration support for Managers at monthly and quarterly performance management meetings, this may include minute / note taking and meeting preparation.
  • Producing accurate and detailed performance reports using a range of database and software applications including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Providing reception cover and front desk office support as required.
  • Supporting the collation, as directed, of performance data against a range of key performance indicators, compliance and quality standards.
  • Supporting professional staff in the tracking and monitoring of audit compliance documentation and provide a weekly progress report to the operational management team.
  • Conducting regular compliance and evidence checks on subcontractors in accordance with the Companys risk-rating processes.

Experience Required:

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, particularly using Microsoft software applications Excel and Powerpoint.
  • An ability to handle multiple priorities for on time delivery of the highest quality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
