Summary

We are looking for a Finance Partner to join the Guinness team. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy which is based in our Oldham office. We are currently working to a hybrid working style.

The main purpose of the role is to provide a full finance partnering service to support the achievement of effective financial control and delivery of the financial and operational targets of the business. To undertake financial analysis and evaluation of processes.

You’ll also be able to demonstrate

Essential:

Experience of finance partnering and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
Good attention to detail with ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet agreed insightful management reporting deadlines.
Experience of reviewing and analysing business processes to achieve financial improvements.
Technical excellence and experience of contributing to the statutory and management accounts process.
Excellent oral and written communications.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
Experienced in complex financial and work management systems.
Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
Desirable:

Experience of using Oracle Financials or equivalent finance system.
Experience of working with project teams across the business.
Relevant experience within the social housing sector.
Experience of maintaining reports within a finance reporting system.
Effective stakeholder management with senior managers.
Experience of managing a team.
Essential Qualifications:

CCAB or CIMA qualified.
