Summary
The Rhema Pentecostal Church-UK is currently looking worship leaders who will work in support of the Worship Pastor during our worship season. The success of our fellowship depends on the music department where the musicians work in corroboration with the worship leaders.
Lifestyle Expectations:
1. Confess faith in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ (Yeshua HaMashiach) and have intimate relationship with Him.
2. Endeavour to grow spiritually and professionally through reading, listening to training resources, taking classes and attending conferences and seminars.
3. To personally pursue a maturing relationship with Yeshua HaMashiach and to set a Christlike example in words and actions for the young adults in both the church and the community.
Job Summary:
1. To lead the contemporary worship service and to lead the choir in the traditional service.
2. To lead and demonstrate in some form of spiritual formation at every rehearsal.
3. To work closely with the worship pastor to supports the overall mission of the church
4. To do other duties assign by the bishop or his designate.
Communication:
Participate in staff and board meetings, providing up-to-date information about the ministry.
Keep worship pastor informed of any accomplishments, concerns and plans regarding worship ministry.
Maintain excellent relationships and open communication with team members.
Advantageous Skills:
Spirit filled believer
Evidence of worship training and Service.
Knowledge in computer technology such as power point.
Evidence in theological studies
