Summary
Serve as a subject matter expert on competence and quality,providing related guidanceand other relevant regulatory requirements. Proactively identify and assess potential compliance risks, developing strategies for mitigation in collaboration with the Clinical Competence Lead and relevant stakeholders asdirected. Triage all concerns and complaints relating to Bank and Agency workers in the first instance escalating any concerns to the Clinical Competence Lead. Conduct investigations into conduct and or competence-related issues,gather evidence,and prepare reports with recommendations aligned to the NBT eXtra Competency and Conduct management process. Contribute to the development and review of NBT eXtra policies and procedures,ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices specific to a temporary workforce. Develop and implement communication plans to promote understanding and adherence to competence standards across the organisation. Assist in the design and rollout of audit mechanisms to measure and monitor competence initiatives. Support the design, delivery and maintain engaging and informative training programs on compliance-related topics for managers, Bank and Agency workers. Identify professional development needs and ensure relevant training is delivered and completed in relation to the temporary workforce.
