Summary
A few key responsibilities are below but please see attached job description for full details: Support the education team in delivering the Trusts learning and development agenda in line with the agreed workforce plans, focusing on placement learning (placements). Liaise with Practice Education Teams in external education providers (including Universities) to co-ordinate the provision of practice placement for learners on approved programmes, aligned to any contractual agreements. Liaise with EMAS Education Tutors to facilitate the provision of practice placement for learners on EMAS internal programmes. Ensure the professional suitability of learners/students by engaging with the corporate administrational team to ensure placement checks have been undertaken and are satisfactory.
