System used: SystemOne About our sites: Brooklands Health Centre is located in the Milton Keynes suburb of Broughton. It boasts good transport links being just a 5 minute walkaway from the nearest bus stop. The bus itself takes around 20-25 minutes from Brooklands to the City Centre. It's also well connected to the M1 being under 2 miles away from the nearest entry junction. Whitehouse Surgery is a state-of-the-art, purpose-built Health Centre, opento all Milton Keynes residents. We are located along the V4, between the H3and H4, with ample parking.Our team offer the highest levels of care, as well as tailoring services to suitpatients health and wellbeing needs.Whitehouse Surgery is made up of GPs, Practice Nurses, Health Coaches, Pharmacists, Social Prescribers and Mental Health Workers, with further support from our PCN including First Contact Physiotherapists and Drugs/Alcohol Support in house. Our non-clinician team is made up of our practices Business Manager, Senior Administrator, and Receptionist team, with support from Medical Secretaries and Clinical Coders working in a centralised hub.
