About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Systems Coordinator to join our Nursing and Midwifery Administration Team, this is a friendly and supportive team who are fully committed to providing high levels of system support, to enable the School to deliver an excellent student experience.

This is busy and very rewarding role, with the opportunity to lead on pieces of work and to join the Senior Admin Team within the school.

You will be supporting a variety of tasks to support the student’s placement, during their Programmes, by effectively supporting the management of our database platforms used to place students with Practice Partners and for assessing students when on placement. You will produce and communicate updates, briefings and data in relation to these systems and external stakeholders and work as part of a wider team in designing and implementing future developments and improvements to these platforms.

About You
As Systems Coordinator you will have:

High level of oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to a wide range of audiences
Experience in the use of database management, record systems and software packages
Experience of thriving on working in a busy office environment and working positively and flexibly as part of a team
