Lindum Homes is the Group’s house building division and one of Lincolnshire's leading house builders producing bespoke high end, modern homes.

Due to multiple new projects, we are currently seeking experienced Groundworkers to join the Lindum Homes Team, working on new build developments in and around Lincoln. You must have housebuilding experience such as drainage block and beam floors, slabbing, paving, kerbing, and concreting.

A dumper ticket is essential. A full driving licence is also required , as the role will involve driving the plant item on adopted roads.

The role is full-time. Standard site hours are 7.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 4.30pm on a Friday. This role will be permanent following successful completion of a probationary period.
