Summary

A Vacancy at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust.


To work with the cancer information & support manager, senior cancer support worker & cancer information centre support worker to support in the delivery of centre based support and cancer information & support service development, all with a focus of health promotion & self-empowerment. To consistently provide high quality information and support to patients, carers, their families and friends face to face and by telephone.
