Summary


We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Band 4 Project Support Officer to support the delivery of Individual Placement and Support (IPS). The post holder will be responsible for project support and admin to the growing team of Employment Specialist and Employment Team Leaders as well as the Central Management Team.

The role will be part of the IPS Senior Management Team and therefore expected to support the delivery of key projects. This includes the coordination of the central recruitment campaign, administrative support for fidelity reviews, support team leaders with audits of IPS quality, leading on co-production groups, coordinating the service user feedback survey, providing admin support for reports as well as a range of day to day administrative tasks.

You will also be part of the Trustwide Employment Services Team which comprises over 40 people.

1. Responsible for theoverall provision of administrative and information support services to the Employment Services Team
2. Taking high quality minutes and actions at various service meetings
3. Coordination of room bookings for recruitment assessment centres, team meetings, Trustwide training events etc.
4. Providing input into the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for the services whilst ensuring a clear document version control and management process in place
5. Produce documents such as monthly reports which may require collation of information from multiple sources and documents and compiling into spreadsheets or presentation slides
6. Collation of data, helping generate insight and contribution to the evaluation of our work.
7. Coordination and regular maintenance of IPS specific databases including maintenance of spreadsheets, share point, external website and intranet pages.
