Qualifications
- RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
- Proven experience as an RGN or in a similar healthcare role
- Profound knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain composed under pressure
- Dedication to providing high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments and create tailored care plans to meet individual needs
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring adherence to protocols
- Monitor vital signs and overall condition, promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
- Uphold professional standards, follow established policies and procedures, and maintain accurate and detailed care records
