As the Operations Co-ordinator (12 month fixed term contract) for the UK Operations team you will support the Operations management team, acting as a key point of contact for the provision of information and system administration for Operational Delivery Teams.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of the Onboarding process for Operations, including development and maintenance of a transparent onboarding tracking and task management system.
- Working closely with the Production Managers to support delivery and the reporting of schedule and financial performance.
- Working with the Marshall Aerospace finance team to provide support to finance reporting.
- Providing all round assistance and liaison for time booking and clocking related issues.
- General office support to Operations Liaison, including but not limited to pay issues, training scheduling and record keeping.
- Acting as a key point of contact for the provision of information and system administration for Operational Delivery Teams.
- Working in collaboration with Production Managers, HR and payroll in respect of employee issues; and support employee wellbeing in line with company HR policy, this can include sickness, pay, changes to terms and conditions.
- Ensuring accurate recording of information into relevant systems, producing standard and non-standard reports to support the business it needs to inform decision making.
- Contributing to the recruitment and onboarding process for new starters working in collaboration with HR Team.
- In partnership with Operations managers ensure up to date role profiles for all direct production Operations resource.
- In partnership with Operations managers ensure relevant skills assessment in place to support the hiring process and that the process is effectively used, ensuring a swift turnaround on screening of applicants to ensure best talent selected and candidate experience is of a high standard.
- Strategically working with the Heads of Operations to identify Training needs analysis and works with providers to manage delivery vs business needs.
- Managing all training requirements including budget control to ensure compliance with legislation.

- Awareness of relevant regulatory and H&S policies.
- Experience of managing conflicting priorities.
- Working with broad range of stakeholders.
