Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a nursery setting, with a strong understanding of the unique needs of babies and toddlers
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the early years environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Baby Room team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and learning experiences for infants and toddlers
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and routines that support children's development
- Create a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, secure, and valued
- Communicate effectively with parents and families, building positive partnerships and sharing children's progress and achievements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding regulations at all times
