Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) - Baby Room

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Full-Time Hours

We are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to join our client's team and lead their Baby Room. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for our young learners.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
• Proven experience working in a nursery setting, with a strong understanding of the unique needs of babies and toddlers
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the early years environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Baby Room team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and learning experiences for infants and toddlers
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and routines that support children's development
• Create a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, secure, and valued
• Communicate effectively with parents and families, building positive partnerships and sharing children's progress and achievements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding regulations at all times
