Summary
Service Care Solutions are working alongside a well-respected law firm based in Manchester. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Paralegal with strong Wills and Probate knowledge to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment and to progress in your legal field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle your caseload from start to completion.
- Creation and Registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Have a good knowledge of planning care home fees
About you:
- Strong communication skills verbal and written.
- At least 2 years of experience in Wills and Probate
- Good organizing skills
- Previous experience managing Wills and Probate caseload is important.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience
