Summary
To be responsible for the financial, operational and clinical performance of ADHD services across North London Mental Health Partnership. To be responsible for operational delivery of clinical services and participate in the strategic planning and development of ADHD services across the partnership. Provide specific leadership in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures. To provide positive leadership around non-medical prescribing within services. To ensure that service delivery and improvement plans are developed and implemented throughout the delegated group of services, including objective setting, action and responsibility planning, and review of performance against achievement milestones. To work in collaboration with other senior managers and clinical leaders within the Division and deputise as required for the Operational Director. To provide decision making relating to performance, including service user care and support, business processes and service improvement. To enable and encourage team development through QI initiatives, training and research. The post holder will be expected to work and lead in a way which supports delivery of local and national priorities as defined by the Trusts Business Plan and Clinical Strategy.
